Studi Korelasi Antara Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Diklat) Tutor PAUD dengan Peningkatan Kompetensi Mengajar

The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation between education and training (Diklat) PAUD tutors with increasing teaching competence. This research method uses correlational method. sample in were 20 at BPKBM NTB. instruments used are questionnaires documentation. analysis technique is product moment analysis. results showed arithmetic r value 0.455 while table a significance level 5% N = 0.444 (r count > 0.444). means that Ho rejected Ha accepted. Based on interpretation coefficient, it can be seen including medium category. conclusion obtained from there positive (DIKLAT) an increase competence tutors.
